SUMMARY

The Village of Lincolnshire invites landscape architecture and engineering firms to submit qualifications for design, procurement assistance, and Phase III construction observation services for Spring Lake Park Improvements - Phase I. The project scope includes replacement of playground equipment for ages 2-5 and 5-12, poured-in-place (PIP) safety surfacing, a new composite deck structure at the Spring Lake Park House, and complete reconstruction and drainage remediation of the beach shower area including concrete flatwork, perimeter trench drains, and shower fixture replacement. Submittals are due via e-mail by 3:00 PM on September 4, 2026. An optional pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for August 21, 2026, at 49 Oxford Drive, and questions are due by August 25, 2026.
