Make a request
Use this form to ask us to delete, correct, or send you a copy of your personal information, or to stop selling or sharing it. It works whether you use Civic IQ or are a public-sector employee whose business contact details appear in it. See section 14 of our Privacy Policy for your rights.
After you send it, we'll email you a link to confirm the request came from you, and we'll respond within 45 days. You can also email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request”.
