SUMMARY
The City of Lima is seeking proposals from qualified insurance providers to administer and manage group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance plans for its employees and dependents for the years 2027, 2028, and 2029. The selected provider(s) will be responsible for designing and managing plans, providing a network of healthcare providers and facilities, administering claims processing, customer service support, offering wellness programs, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ACA regulations. Carriers may submit proposals for a combined package or for individual services on a stand-alone basis. Proposals must be submitted via hard copy to the Purchasing Office no later than September 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Written questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by September 23, 2026.
