SUMMARY
The City of Lakeland’s Community and Economic Development Department is soliciting Statements of Qualification (RFQ 2026-RFQ-094) to prequalify firms for continuing contract services. The scope covers ten disciplines: community/comprehensive planning, redevelopment area planning, housing data and market analysis, impact fee analysis, land development regulations, transportation planning, urban design, historic preservation, architectural/landscape design, and graphic design.
