SUMMARY
The City of Webster Groves is seeking turnkey proposals from qualified solar contractors to design, engineer, permit, and install a grid-tied photovoltaic (PV) solar system on the ice arena south roof (~19,000 sq. ft. metal roof) located at 33 East Glendale, Webster Groves, MO 63119 and to evaluate/integrate this new system with our existing water park solar array. The selected contractor will handle engineering and permitting, structural load analysis, electrical design, local building permits, utility interconnection, procurement and installation of Tier-1 solar panels, inverters, and racking, roof protection, commissioning, and a web-based real-time production monitoring system. Sealed bids are due by October 2, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on September 21, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Benny Gordon Recreation Center. Contractors must have a minimum of five years of experience in commercial solar installation and provide three references.
