SUMMARY
The City of Tulsa is seeking proposals from qualified professional services firms to perform a comprehensive fiber optic network inventory and documentation effort, including both aerial and underground fiber infrastructure. The scope involves validating physical assets, conducting OTDR testing and fiber health/degradation analysis, updating splice diagrams, creating or updating GIS-compatible network route maps in ESRI shapefile or File Geodatabase format, and inputting data into the Lucity asset management system.
