SUMMARY
The City of Tulsa is soliciting proposals for professional engineering services to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the City Hall Emergency Responder Communication Enhancement System (ERCES). The work includes in-building radio coverage testing, grid pattern delivered audio quality (DAQ) testing, uplink and downlink signal strength measurements, RF signal source and propagation evaluation, infrastructure and component assessment, engineering analysis, coverage modeling, and NFPA compliance verification.
