SUMMARY
The City of Tulsa is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive, vendor-neutral engineering assessment of the City Hall Emergency Responder Communication Enhancement System (ERCES). The scope includes in-building radio coverage and performance testing (DAQ testing, signal strength), RF signal source and propagation evaluation, visual infrastructure and component assessment (antennas, BDAs, cabling, power supplies), and engineering analysis including RF heat maps and coverage modeling. The goal is to establish an objective baseline and identify deficiencies relative to NFPA standards to support future remediation or replacement.
