SUMMARY
The City of Saginaw, Texas is soliciting sealed proposals for the construction of North Old Decatur Road. The major work consists of approximately 1,500 linear feet of 3-lane undivided concrete roadway with integral curb and gutter and concrete sidewalks. Additional scope includes internal RCP storm drain systems, modifications of existing water and sewer lines, landscaping, irrigation, and street light foundations and conduit. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for November 12, 2025, via web conference. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the City Secretary at City Hall by the deadline of November 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
