SUMMARY

The City of Saginaw is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from engineering firms with at least five years of experience to serve as the City Engineer. The selected firm will provide comprehensive municipal engineering services including plan reviews for commercial and residential developments, design and construction monitoring for public works projects (roadways, parks, water/wastewater, drainage), environmental permitting (MS4, floodplain administration), grant assistance, surveying, and GIS/CAD mapping. Firms must be licensed in Texas and located within reasonable proximity to Saginaw. Submissions require four hard copies and are limited to 20 pages.
