SUMMARY
The City of Prescott is seeking a qualified firm to provide design phase preconstruction services and construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Effluent and Wastewater Pipelines and State Route 89 Roadway Improvements project, 2026-RSOQ-267. The estimated project construction cost is approximately $25M, encompassing a new replacement 24-inch effluent force main, a new 24-inch gravity sewer line, and State Route 89 road work including safety, operation, and capacity improvements. Roadway improvements feature above grade rock removal, cross-traffic intersection improvements with grade adjustments, sight visibility lines, turn restrictions, limited turn lanes, southbound approach lane realignment at the Willow Lake Road roundabout, a north to south turnaround between Willow Lake and Phippen Trail roundabouts, southbound merge lane extension, and a frontage road on the northbound side. The project is 15% designed by Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. with design completion expected by February 2027, construction starting March 2027, and completion by the end of 2028. Submissions are due by June 11, 2026, with a notice of interest deadline on June 3, 2026.
