SUMMARY
The City of Lakeland is soliciting bids from State of Florida-registered contractors for the East Bay Stormwater Improvement Project (Project ID: 2026-ITB-015). The scope involves retrofitting an existing dry retention pond by removing underdrains and installing Bold & Gold (BAM) media under the pond bottom in a downflow configuration.
