SUMMARY

The Illinois Department of Military Affairs (MIL) is soliciting bids for a multi-phase upgrade and technical support services for the Building Automation System (BAS) at the Choate Mental Health & Development Ctr. The scope of work includes Phase One: replacing BAS controls for ERU-1 and KMU-1, updating workstation software, integrating VFDs, and cleaning hydronic systems; Phase Two: replacing BAS controls for AHU-1, AHU-2, unit heaters, computer room units, cabinet heaters, and exhaust fans; Phase Three: replacing BAS controls for 15 VAV units and five fan-powered boxes; and Phase Four: replacing BAS controls for 31 VAV units.
