Initial one-year term beginning October 1, 2026, with fiscal year billing starting July 1. Agreement automatically renews for successive one-year terms unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term. Pricing increases by 4.00% on each anniversary of the Effective Date. Preferred/discounted pricing is contingent on Client’s affiliation with the Ohio School Boards Association; upon loss of affiliation, subsequent renewal terms will be billed at Diligent’s then-current rates.
