Loews Hotel and Convention Center public-private partnership

The City Council and TIRZ Board took action to pursue a public-private partnership with Loews Hotels and Company (“Loews”) to develop an 888-room hotel, publicly owned convention center with over 150,000 square feet of meeting, conference, and exposition space, and a 1,500 space publicly owned parking facility (“Project”). The Project was completed in February 2024.
