SUMMARY
The Town of Hampton, NH requests sealed written bid proposals from qualified Federally and/or State licensed landfill, transfer station or incinerator facilities to receive and dispose of municipal solid waste generated within the Town and delivered to the Town's transfer station by town residents, businesses, and curbside collection vehicles. The successful Provider shall provide a facility having sufficient labor, materials, equipment, and permitted capacity to receive and dispose of municipal solid waste for a three-year contract term from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2029. In 2024 and 2025, residents and businesses generated 7,767 and 7,361 tons of municipal solid waste, respectively. Interested providers are asked to submit a per ton rate for receiving, weighing and disposing of municipal solid waste. Sealed bids are due by October 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Town Manager's Office, 100 Winnacunnet Road, Hampton, NH 03842.
