Leon County Schools is seeking experienced and qualified vendors to establish firm percentage markup rates to provide temporary personnel staffing services on an as-needed basis district-wide. The contract encompasses three categories: Administrative/Office Support, Trades and Laborers, and Program/Instructional Support. Named positions include office clerk, secretary, executive secretary, account clerk, food service assistant, electrician, painter, HVAC mechanic, maintenance worker/laborer, custodian, classroom behavior assistant, activities leader, and substitute teacher. The initial contract term is three years with options to renew for up to an additional three years. Sealed bids are due by 2:00 P.M. on October 15, 2026, and must be submitted to the Purchasing Department at 3397 W. Tharpe Street, Tallahassee, FL 32303. Written questions are due by September 28, 2026. Bidders must be duly licensed in Florida, have at least three years of experience in temporary personnel services, provide three verifiable commercial references, and ensure all deployed personnel undergo Level II criminal background screening under the Jessica Lunsford Act.
