SUMMARY
The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority requires qualified and experienced firms to provide all labor, tools, manuals, code books, and necessary items to perform code-mandated inspections, re-inspections, and test witnessing services for elevators, escalators, moving walkways, and generators located at the Orlando International Airport (MCO). The resulting contract will be a 60-month term commencing on or about March 1, 2026. Services include routine and periodic elevator inspection and test witnessing, routine and periodic escalator and moving walkway inspections and test witnessing, 5-year elevator inspections and witnessing, emergency generator inspections, and second call-back inspections.
