SUMMARY
Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is seeking informal quotes from qualified, licensed roofing contractors to remove the existing low-slope roof and install a new 60 mil Fleeceback TPO single-ply roof system at Repump No. 2, located at 7581 South Ocean Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida. The scope includes existing roof removal to plywood decking, debris removal and disposal, re-nailing decking to code, moisture testing or infrared scanning as needed, new roof system installation with insulation, flashing, pipe boots, and Kynar-coated aluminum edge metal, 6" seamless aluminum gutters with downspouts, lightning protection system reinstallation, and a 20-Year No Dollar Limit (NDL) system warranty covering labor and materials.
