SUMMARY
Five Rivers MetroParks is seeking qualifications for a Design-Build project to construct the Argonne Lake Paved Trail at Possum Creek MetroPark located in Moraine, OH. The base bid scope includes asphalt loop paths (approx. 1,700 SY of 10-foot wide path and 2,285 SY of 8-foot wide path) with 3" asphalt paving over 4" compacted aggregate base, boat ramp infrastructure including 34 SY of 6" thick reinforced concrete, asphalt ramp access, and asphalt access drive. Additional elements include accessible fishing access with four stone outcroppings, seven fitness equipment stations with asphalt paving pads, seven Landscape Forms Lakeside benches on concrete pads, and 18" minimum drain tiles for stormwater management.
