SUMMARY

The City of Salem is seeking proposals for the installation of a camera system at the City Park to assist in the abatement of vandalism and security during events. The system should include three 360-degree cameras at specified locations, capable of live viewing and monitoring by the Salem Police Department Dispatch.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

Lowest responsible bidder, considering ability, capacity, skill, promptness, character, integrity, reputation, judgment, experience, efficiency, quality of performance, compliance with laws, financial resources, quality/availability/adaptability of supplies/services, ability to provide future maintenance, and number/scope of conditions attached to the bid. A preference factor of .95 will be applied to bids from businesses located in Dent County, Missouri.
