SUMMARY
The City of Hialeah is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to lead the Phase 4 Expansion of the Hialeah Educational Academy. The selected CMAR will provide comprehensive pre-construction, construction, and post-construction services in collaboration with the City and Architect/Engineer team. The project must be completed within a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $7,500,000.00, which includes a $2,900,000.00 grant from the Florida Department of Education (Project No. 13B-91340-3D001). A condition of award is the execution of a Master Lease Agreement between the City and the Academy. Submissions are due by April 2, 2026, at 501 Palm Ave, Hialeah, FL. A Notice of Interest is required by March 19, 2026.
