SUMMARY

The City of Effingham is soliciting sealed proposals for the Cherry St. Reconstruction Project. The scope of work consists of the removal and replacement of street pavement located along Merchant St. along with other miscellaneous reconstruction related work. Bidders must provide a bid bond, bank cashier's check, bank draft, or certified check for not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid.
