SUMMARY
The City of Caldwell is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from licensed Idaho public works contractors for Instrument and Controls (I&C) work on the Lincoln Lift Station – Package 1 – Lift Station Construction project. The selected subcontractor/integrator will be shortlisted for General Contractors to solicit bids from during the official bidding process. Scope of work includes reviewing and coordinating controls scope, control panel and PLC integration, integrating VFDs and motor controls, instrumentation integration, SCADA screen and alarm development, communications networking, programming documentation, and testing/commissioning.
