SUMMARY
The City of Caldwell is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from licensed Idaho public works contractors to serve as electrical subcontractors for the Lincoln Lift Station – Package 1 – Lift Station Construction project. The scope of work includes site electrical support, temporary power, dewatering pump wiring, power distribution, standby generator installation, electrical permitting, bridge crane wiring, HVAC and odor control wiring, functional testing support, VFD integration, instrumentation and controls support, interior/exterior lighting, and embedded conduits. Qualified firms will be shortlisted for General Contractors to solicit bids from during the official bidding process in compliance with Idaho Code section 67-2805. Submissions are due by September 4, 2026, at the City of Caldwell office.
