SUMMARY

The Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM) is seeking a qualified vendor for a time-limited contract to provide specialized technical consulting services for permanently moored craft fire prevention and safety. The selected vendor will be responsible for reviewing proposed revisions to Title 41 Ill. Adm. Code 149, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory applicability. Additionally, the vendor will provide expert guidance to OSFM on an as-needed basis regarding implementation and administration of the Part 149 program. Bidders must submit resumes at the time of bid submission. The solicitation includes hourly rates for consulting and travel costs for FY27 (through June 30, 2027).
