The Village is leaning toward upgraded signal alternatives with new poles, detection, ADA ramps, lighting, bike lanes, bus stop changes, and resurfacing, creating upcoming work for traffic signal, paving, ADA, and multimodal contractors once the design is finalized.
The Village and Rasmussen Development LLC executed a Master Development Agreement for Maunesha Myles Phase 1 in January 2026. Phase 1 includes 11 single-family lots, one multifamily lot, and an outlot for stormwater, recreation, and open space, with TIF No. 2 providing up to $600,000 in tax increment incentives. Public improvements (streets, utilities, stormwater, landscaping) will be built and dedicated over the next 18 months, creating demand for subcontractors, materials, and future vertical construction on single-family and multifamily lots.
