The JPA Board is asked to authorize the General Manager to direct Walsh Construction to upsize a portion of Reach 3 of the Reverse Osmosis Concentrate Pipeline from 12 to 14 inches for the Pure Water Project Las Virgenes-Triunfo. The action also directs staff to explore options to recover the additional cost associated with the upsizing.
