The Yakima City Council authorized an Interlocal Agreement with Purchasing Cooperative of America (PCA) to enable the City to use PCA’s competitively bid cooperative purchasing contracts. The agreement is effective upon execution, automatically renews annually, and is intended to improve procurement efficiency and reduce costs with no direct impact to the General Fund.
