Under the proposed agreement, Brycer L.P. will furnish and operate The Compliance Engine software for Warrensburg’s Fire Department, collecting inspection submission fees from vendors, retaining a 7% processing fee, and remitting the balance to the City. The three‑year term beginning June 1, 2026, includes automatic three‑year renewals unless terminated in advance.
