Coppell ISD authorized an agreement with U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association to act as paying agent/registrar and potential escrow agent for defeasing and redeeming up to $9 million of its 2016 bond series by April 27, 2027. District officials may deposit funds or redirect them in connection with future refunding bonds to fully pay principal and interest on the targeted obligations.
