SUMMARY
Worcester County is seeking professional design-builder services for the design, permitting, and construction of a 12-inch PVC C900, DR 18 water main in Berlin, Maryland. The project main is approximately 2,000 ft in length and will generally run along the north side of Samuel Bowen Boulevard and through a permanent utility easement. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for September 17, 2026, at the Ocean Pines WWTP. Sealed proposal documents are due no later than October 8, 2026, at 2 p.m. at the Worcester County Government Center. Questions for clarification must be submitted by noon on September 29, 2026.
