Replacement of low sloped roof areas (Built-up, PVC, EPDM & Modified Bitumen) at Pope Towers (7,156± SF) utilizing a 'tear-off' application.
New 60-mil PVC Roofing System is to be installed, insulation is to be fully adhered to the steel roof deck, the new insulation to achieve an average R-31.25. Additional work includes drain replacement, installing new roof hatch, roof hatch safety rail & ladder up safety post, installing walkway pads, installing metal and fiberglass ballasted safety rails, installing a pipe enclosure box, raising vent pipe and exhaust fan curb heights & coordinating with cellular contractor to disconnect and reconnect cellular equipment. Mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 10:00 AM.
