SUMMARY
University of North Texas System is seeking competitive proposals for a Digital Campus solution, NIGP Code 209-77, to support the Facilities Department in creating a digital campus using BIM models, GIS maps, and data integration across campus buildings. Services include discovery and audit of existing data-based systems, creating data standards and operating procedures, developing BIM and data plans, and establishing a digital twin test-case for at least one building incorporating equipment location and shut-off valves from WebTMA and Space Management data. The initial contract term is for one year with four one-year renewal options. Proposals are due by September 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central, with a pre-proposal meeting scheduled for August 20, 2026.
