SUMMARY

The Town of Tupper Lake is seeking proposals from qualified New York State Licensed Land Surveyors to perform a boundary and topographic survey and prepare associated maps for a sand and gravel pit located in Piercefield, St. Lawrence County, New York (Tax Parcel No. 195.000-6-11.2, Property Class 720 Mine/Quarry, 25 acres). The survey is required for an NYSDEC Mined Land Reclamation Permit application under ECL Article 23, Title 27, and 6 NYCRR Parts 420–425, specifically delineating current affected land and life-of-mine boundaries.
