SUMMARY
Stockton University seeks proposals for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services on an as-needed basis across all campus locations, including Galloway, Atlantic City, Hammonton, Manahawkin, and Woodbine, NJ. The scope encompasses general service, installation, repair, disposal, and preventative maintenance for equipment such as boilers, chillers, cooling towers, RTUs, duct systems, piping, BMS, and controls. The contract term is an initial one (1) year with options to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms.
