SUMMARY
The School Board of Okaloosa County, Florida invites sealed bids for ITB 27-02 for Indoor Air Quality Remediation services. The work includes mold and bacteria removal, cleaning, disinfecting, and IAQ issue remediation from ceilings, walls, insulation, sheetrock, masonry, floors, and furniture surfaces using approved products like Shock Wave, as well as ceiling tile removal and replacement. The contract is for a three-year term with options to renew for three additional one-year periods. Bids are due by September 1, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. CT. Questions must be submitted in writing by August 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM CT. Bidders must hold a valid Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DPBR) MRSR license as a Mold Remediator or subcontract to a licensed entity, and possess at least three years of general contracting experience.
