SUMMARY
Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) is seeking qualified organizations to lease unoccupied holding facilities on a short-term basis at Grosvenor Center (5701 Grosvenor Lane, Bethesda, MD 20814; 36,770 sq ft) and Radnor Center (7000 Radnor Rd., Bethesda, MD 20817; 36,663 sq ft). The initial lease term is two years with three one-year renewal options. Minimum monthly rent is calculated at no less than $15.50 per square foot. Priority is given to programs benefiting MCPS students, families, staff, childcare providers, and government agencies. Proposals are due by October 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Mandatory site visits are scheduled for September 14, 2026, at Grosvenor Center and September 15, 2026, at Radnor Center. Questions are due by September 23, 2026.
