SUMMARY
This contract provides as-needed playground maintenance, repairs, renovations, and replacements across Miami-Dade County Park Facilities North from NW 12th Street to Countyline. The work encompasses playground structures, surfacing, EWF replenishments, sand/P.I.P EWF conversions, P.I.P repairs, curbing repairs and installation, turf repairs, structure painting, pressure cleaning, furniture replacements, and shade structures with hardware installation.
