SUMMARY
This Contract is intended to provide services on an as-needed basis across multiple locations within Miami Dade County Park Facilities, as may be requested by the Owner. This is a blanket project which is work order driven. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to repair, renovate, or replace playground structures and playground surfacing, including EWF replenishments, sand/P.I.P EWF conversions, P.I.P repairs, curbing repairs/installation, turf repairs, playground structure painting, pressure cleaning, playground furniture replacements, shade structures with hardware installation/repairs and related work to all Miami Dade County Park Facilities Central from NW 12th Street to SW 104th. All requests for information (RFI) must be submitted in writing by 10/05/2026 to [email protected] and copy the Clerk of the Board at [email protected]. Bidder or vendor key personnel experience shall have completed at least two commercial playground projects of similar size and scope, including a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) Certification.
