SUMMARY
Provide all labor, equipment and materials for the structural assessment and design repairs of the MIA Skyride including installing new top flange plates in selected steel girders, removing existing stubs and replacing with new HSS stubs, installing storm water drain pipes, tightening loose bolts, removing and installing new metal AHU platform at Sector 4 Hotel, removing rust from steel elements, removing and installing new steel deck with concrete topping in Skyride MEP rooms, removing damaged fireproofing and installing new fireproofing, and installing fireproofing where there is none. The work includes general contractor services, engineering services, and building construction under MCC 7360 contract terms. Submission deadline is October 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM. A mandatory Microsoft Teams pre-bid meeting is scheduled. Bidders must submit a bid bond or certified/cashier's check, signed Bid Form - Attachment 5A, vendor affidavits, and applicable addenda.
