SUMMARY
The Hardin County Board of Commissioners requests proposals from qualified contractors for asbestos-containing materials (ACM) abatement services at the Former Hardin Hills Health Center property located at 1211 West Lima Street, Kenton, Ohio 43326. The scope includes abating ACM identified in Hina Environmental Solutions' survey report dated February 25, 2025, in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. The ~60,000 sq ft building features approximately 10,000 linear feet of pipe insulation/joint insulation and 15,000 square feet of acoustical plaster and sheet flooring requiring removal prior to demolition.
