SUMMARY
Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is soliciting proposals for a turnkey provider for hazard modeling, engineering, permitting, materials procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout of two independent blast wall enclosures at the Energy Services Center located at 1701 South 37th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida. The scope includes one enclosure for above ground gasoline and diesel fuel tanks, one enclosure for a Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) fueling station tank, full hazard modeling, structural and civil design, permitting, and construction. Work must meet HUD guidebook 6600.G, 24 CFR Part 51 Subpart C, NFPA 30, NFPA 59A, API RP 752/753, and Florida Building Code standards.
