SUMMARY
Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) is soliciting informal quotes from qualified, licensed, and insured roofing contractors to remove the existing roof assembly down to the plywood decking and install a complete shingle roof system at the Hartman Road Facility located at 1800 Hartman Road, Fort Pierce, Florida. The scope of work includes general requirements, shingle roof installation meeting site-specific wind uplift requirements per code, re-nailing decking, substrate repair, moisture testing, gutter and drainage system removal and reinstallation, and removal and reinstallation of the existing lightning protection system. Bidders must have a minimum of 3 years of experience and hold a Florida roofing license. The submission deadline is June 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST. The contract term ends upon final completion or September 30, 2026.
