SUMMARY
Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUAnet) is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to supply Layer 2 and/or Layer 3 Internet Protocol (IP) links and wholesale symmetrical Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) for resale, along with an option to purchase Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) mitigation. Services will be delivered to the FPUAnet Data Center located at 206 South 6th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 34950. The scope includes 10 Gbps, 20 Gbps, and 100 Gbps circuit tiers with 3-year and 5-year contract terms, BGP traffic engineering and peering support, and 24/7/365 Network Operation Center (NOC) support. Proposals are due by April 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST, with a public opening via Zoom at 11:30 AM EST.
