SUMMARY
Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) is seeking informal quotes from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors for professional bio-hazard remediation, cleanup, and lawful disposal services across FPUA-owned or controlled properties, facilities, and operational areas in Fort Pierce, Florida. The scope of work covers blood cleanup, human waste cleanup (feces, urine, vomit), and other potentially infectious bodily fluids, involving isolation, containment, surface decontamination, enzymatic and hospital-grade disinfection, odor mitigation, HEPA air filtration, and waste disposal in strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, CDC, NIOSH, FDOH, and FDEP regulations. The contract requires up to 50 service visits per year with a minimum of 2.5 hours on-site per visit, 24/7 emergency response within 2 hours, routine response within 4 hours, and an annual cap of $45,000.
