The City of West Palm Beach is inviting proposed offers to negotiate for the lease, purchase or lease/purchase of all seven CRA-owned properties located within the Broadway Mixed-Use District on Broadway Boulevard.
The selected developer will design, finance, construct, manage and market a high-quality, architecturally distinctive, economically sustainable mixed-use project that supports the long-term revitalization of the Broadway Corridor.
