SUMMARY

The City of Stanton is requesting proposals from qualified engineering consultants to develop a comprehensive Street Lighting Master Plan. The scope includes verifying and updating the inventory of approximately 960 city-owned streetlights, alley lights, and traffic signal safety lights in GIS; identifying areas for lighting upgrades to improve safety and visibility; evaluating system performance and efficiency; and establishing long-term goals and priorities. The selected consultant will also assess maintenance and operations, evaluate funding streams, and conduct stakeholder and community outreach.
