SUMMARY

The City of Mission, Kansas is requesting proposals for a fully hosted, cloud-based Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) phone solution to replace its legacy NEC VoIP system. The scope includes a complete end-to-end solution: discovery, network assessment, solution design, licensing, configuration, implementation, telephone number porting, endpoints, training, testing, cutover, and ongoing maintenance. The system must support approximately 80 total phones across four primary facilities (City Hall, Police Department, Community Center, Public Works, and Aquatic Center) and integrate with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
