SUMMARY

The City of Gaithersburg is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide maintenance, repair, and installation services for plumbing equipment at various city-owned or leased facilities and parks on an as-needed basis through executed task orders. The scope of work includes cleaning drains and sewer lines, servicing pumps and piping, unstopping and snaking drain systems, repairs to piping and couplings, servicing and replacing commercial and residential fixtures, hydrojetting, camera line inspections, fire hydrant, water meter, and water valve installation, backflow testing, repair and installation, and general plumbing work. The estimated total value for the contract is not to exceed $100,000 per twelve-month period, with a contract term of up to five years.
